The first
assembly room you notice on the Aisle is the Empire room, which
is furnished like a well-appointed dining room.
Børsen has a larce collection of portraits.
In the Empire room there are copies of the founders of Niels
Brock's Copenhagen Business School, Lene and Niels Brock. The
painter Jens Juel's portrait of William Duntzfeld is surrounded
by portraits of Frederic and Marie de Coninck (painted by C.F.
Grøger, the period unknown). At each end of the room
there are two large mirrors which used to belong to William
Duntzfeldt. The walls are covered with the original wall paper
