Admittance: Børsen's main entrance is in the centre of the building on Slotsholmsgade (under the steeple). In connection with larger arrangements, a special agreement can be made, if you want to enter the Exchange Hall from the ramp facing Christiansborg.

Cancellation: Full cancellation can be made without a fee, if you cancel 90 days before the date of your arrangement. Full cancellation less than 90 days before the date of your arrangement, the following conditions are valid:

60-90 days before the arrangement: 50% of the rent is paid

30-60 days before the arrangement: 75% of the rent is paid

30 days before the arrangement: The full rent is paid

Cancellation means cancelling the order, reduction and similar essential changes according to the confirmation of order. Cancelling is always in writing.

AV and technical equipment: All Børsen's assembly rooms gives you the option to rent AV equipment (PC projector, TV and video, OH projector etc.)

You are able to order a lectern, interpreter's booths, microphones etc. to be used in the Library or in the Exchange Hall

Flowers/decorations: The Banquet and Conference department has special delivery of flowers at Børsen's arrangements. If you prefer your own supplier, it can be arranged according to agreement. For a certain amount, you can also have your own banners outside on the flagstarffs at the entrance of the ramp.

Food: The Banquet and Conference department has a variety of regular suppliers of menues and wine. If requested, you can use your own supplier according to agreement.

Public transport: Many bus lines in connection with the main station, Vesterport, Nørreport and Østerport stationer get quite close to Børsen (stops at Christiansborg, Holmens Bro or Holmens Kirke).

Parking: There are parking meters at Slotsholmsgade. Parking on the ramp facing Christiansborg is not allowed.

Delivery: According to agreement, goods(e.g. wine, booths, your own AV equipment)can be delivered at the ramp facing Christiansborg, prior to your arrangement.

Opening hours: Børsen's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm. Arrangements beyond these hours are according to agreement.
